Where do you ship from?
We ship orders from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, such requests will be denied. Once you receive your package, you can return the order for a full refund.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for orders during the holiday season and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will I wait for my order?
Due to high demand, order fulfillment may take 2 to 4 weeks.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free and quoted in US dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office. These fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees.

What should I do if I receive an item that is faulty, incorrect or damaged?
If you have received an incorrect, incomplete or defective item, please contact us. In your message, please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related information after receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I get my refund?
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or requesting a cancellation. If you have any questions about how long it will take to process the funds, please contact your card issuing bank. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank or card company as it may take some time for the funds to be processed.
